The Season 11 housemates have won their first weekly wager, ending a losing streak that stretched back to the 26 July premiere. Their ‘Grass to Grace’ presentation, directed by Sultex, finally earned Biggie’s approval on Thursday night in Week 3.
Biggie told the house the performance showed real preparation — though he still faulted them for not thinking outside the box. He saved his warmest words for Sultex, praising his leadership and calling him a “star”. Confirmed: the win was reported by Channels TV, Daily Post, Tribune and The Guardian.
It was a badly needed result. Biggie had rejected the house’s wager two weeks running, and wager results decide how well the house eats, drinks and parties — so three losing weeks would have made for a very lean Saturday night.
The presentation did run short, and Tram owned up to it during the review: music limitations cut it down, he said, and the group had more content they wanted to squeeze in.
The wager win didn’t shield anyone from the block, though — sixteen housemates faced the Week 3 vote. Follow who’s in and who’s out on our eviction tracker, and have your say in the fan polls.
